When I see someone do better I don’t care because I don’t seek validation or seek attention from people. And rarely do I compare myself to people.. I just keep my head low and go my way no matter what someone tries to say to me to make me doubt myself.

I just ask them for receipts for the things they claim I said. That shuts them down. Then there is the feigned depression, and triangulation by being extra nice to someone who barely reaches baseline stupidity whilst telling me I’m stupid. I am a fairly confident person because I was criticised all my life so backing myself was absolutely necessary. So this gives the narcissist ammunition to call me a narcissist. Anyone else with this issue?

With the exception of the first sign, this was a good video. My wife and I have been married for over 30 years and we are still madly in love with each other. But I have some emotion issues that would fall under the first sign yet I’m more in love with my wife than I was the day before and tomorrow that love will be even stronger.

How come every six months there’s the newest rarest personality types? Seems like a load of easily digestible altruistic bullshit that preys on the fact we all are the hero’s of our own story. Stop being a doormat, while at the same time not being overbearing and emotionally stunted. In other words be a fucking grown up.

I notice when others are with me they are pulling my chain. Since I stopped allowing it I’m now considered a-social. I don’t like others predigesting their ideas on how they want me to see or think their way. I love being alone. I don’t mind going out once in a while with others, but it’s certainly not a habit.

If a certain someone is in the room when others recognize my work or praise me, I cringe because I know this person is feeling resentment and anger. Whereas I openly praise their accomplishments, including in front of others. This is because I honestly think they've done a good, job, plus I don't want to stoop down to their level and deny them recognition. But still, it feels bad that I feel that I get praise, it will set her off and then I have to deal with the bad vibes and resentment. So I don't really enjoy it as fully as I should.

i think they stare and don't blink to gather more information if they blink too much they might miss a mannerism or slight change in facial expression that could provide useful information on how a person is reacting to to something that they could later use for manipulation.

My husband found something to do EVERY night of the week: church, bible study, worship band practice, record store, I can't even remember everything. I was home with the kids all day and all night. I was ALONE and overwhelmed. One day I said, "Can you please put aside ONE night a week to stay home with me?" He said, "I don't want to do that because something important might come up". Later, things came to a bigger head and the pastor said, "I am relieving you of your duties at church, so that you can stay home with your wife and work on your marriage". He was so angry that *I* ruined his chances of getting ahead at church. So, instead of staying home with me and the kids every night, which was a waste of his time, he put a new band together and spent all his time on that. When I left him, he was shocked and told everyone it was all my fault. And they believed him because he was "so spiritual" at church, it must have been my fault. (I am not saying I was faultless, but I am saying it was a narcissistic mess.)

Men fall in love with women and want a closeness of a one like in a relationship. It is willing to work hard to put into it. Women don’t fall in love they marry for security and for the gifts and prizes in divorce and child support alimony. Divorce laws need to be completely rewritten and changed in the western countries. Until then avoid the wedding cake at all costs. No get in the boat dog we’re going fishing.😎 🎣

The worst feeling is not just being physically un-noticed but being emotionally neglected. And by the end of the day, you don't want to share it to even people close to you because it feels as if you'll look like a little petty person complaining and victimizing themselves all the time, when that is not the truth. It doesn't hit so bad when you got to social gatherings but when you make 'friends' and the same people don't even wait for you and walk off with someone. That happens again and again and again and you give yourself reasons like, "maybe I don't match their vibe or humor" "maybe its not that big of a deal and I should not complain about everything" (Narcissistic relationships + relationships with gaslighting). It feels horrible when you have people on paper but no one really who is present, who genuinely cares about spending time with you and listening to your feelings. Today 90% of the people suffer from depression and loneliness and we have normalized it. Please, be a good friend. May it be any relationship.

So, thus totally 'messy' person started working for my agency. She hired into another division, but unfortunately was seated just adjacent from where my desk was. Seeing, I am the only light skin in thus place, I became her instant target. First, she trued to shame me, then she tried to start conflict me, then she started gaslighting me. When all of that did not work, she tried to bully me while gaslighting me in front of my co-workers. While we had everyone's attention, cause she made sure she was loud enough for the 'audience' to hear, I put my foot down to her saying I will not debate a certain topic with her. She countered that by insisting to know why. I responded that I am drawing the line between a well meant conversation and a need to start an argument. She proceeded. Realizing she would not back off, I turned my chair around looking into her eyes and drew a line on the carpet saying: As previously stated, here is the visible line I am drawing. She kept gaslighting trying to insert others into the scene. Also, I said, not only did I just draw the line refusing to argue with you ... (person's name) I am putting my foot down. Then I physically put my foot down. She kept on ... My final statement was: ... (name of person) My line is drawn, you saw me put my right foot down ( by now the audience is chuckling) and I am turning towards what I was hired to do: focus on my work. Thank you ... then I turned to face my computer. She stormed off in a huffy attempting to look like a victim (trying to recover her embarrassing herself). I moved on quickly by calling one of my clients to schedule an appointment. Messy people just want to suck the life out of anything good. Her next attempt of trying to bully me was that she always asked me to give up one of the plastic forks I have stored in my drawer so she could eat her lunch. She made it feel like I owe her something, which I don't. So the last time she did this, I responded by saying: You know (person's name) I noticed your contract will expire by the 28th and you said you will be going to another agency, how about I give you the whole bag of the remaining forks and we come to you if we need a fork. I handed her the bag. She tried to decline it. I insisted she keep it. She was shocked and dumb founded. It took away the fun she was planning to have with me. I turned to face my computer and engaged in my work. The next day, I brought a new bag of lunch forks and put it in my desk. She spends her waking moments thinking about what mess she can create. The 28th cannot come soon enough
